Roberto Perez Jr<\/b><\/p>\n

Presently the managing partner of Keywest Capital Holding. Based in Miami, Florida, and is responsible for the investment areas of participated companies, strategic and financial advisory.<\/p>\n

Roberto has over 35 years of professional experience, being 17 years at Bank of America Investment Bank as Principal. He worked at Banco BPN Brasil as Executive Director between 2006-2011, focused on advising and financial structuring of small and medium-sized companies. He has a degree in business administration, an MBA in Finance from IBMEC \/ Insper in S\u00e3o Paulo and a CPA-20 from Anbima.<\/p>\n

Francisco has more than 30 years of management experience of medium and large companies, being more than 10 years in Controllership and Auditing. He has international experience, and has recently worked in Brazil as Senior Financial Advisor for ForteSec Securitizadora and Keywest Capital Partners. He has been\u00a0 in several countries in Latin America, in addition to the USA, Portugal and other countries in Europe. He was also CEO of RWTUV in Portugal, CEO of Sensormatic Security (Portugal), COO of AIG Life in Portugal, Auditor of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, among others. He has a degree in Business Administration, and completed the Managing Finance & Control program at IMD Switzerland.<\/p>\n

Aline Impelliziere Luna de Mello<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsible for the development of corporate insurance structures, specialist in Risks Management and Liability Insurance by the Insurance Istitute of America (IIA), and has been working for 25 years in the insurance market in Brazil. In the last 5 years, she has specialized in large sustainable energy operations, mainly Photovoltaic, being one of the creators of receivables credit insurance operations for energy generation condominiums.
With a degree in Business Administration and specialization in Marketing, she has an MBA in Strategic Service Management for FGV-RJ.<\/p>\n
